went to get salad fixings ...driving along windows all up air on...my back starts burning so I'm vigorously rubbing against the seat ...then it explodes in pain....I'm pulling of the road ...grinding gears shift as I'm still rolling and if it weren't for my seat belt I would have jumped out in front of a car....nearly stripping my shirt in the road shaking out my attackers...bee/bees I don't know...Mr B checked my back when I got home and "Oh my God" is what came out of his mouth...They got me from the nape of my neck all over my back to the top of my jeans....I'm plastered in calamine and have a raging headache and light headed...going for a nap ...think they came in through the vents

You should be careful- are you allergic to bee stings? If you're headache and lightheadedness are serious, you should go to an emergency room.
yea, good idea.

man am I TIRED!!....I think it is the flood of adrenalin that caused those symptoms....Not my first attack...few years back my dog hit a nest of very angry ground bees while we were walking...it looked like a cartoon a funnel of liquid brown pouring out of the ground ...I turned to run but they were on me as I wildly swung my floppy hat at them and ran...that one was bad for they clung to my clothes and I was stripping running and screaming in a fiery pain down the drive...I looked back to see the dog blanketed in bees....My Dr. happened to have called and our daughter was on the phone with her when I hit the door half naked and screaming....she stayed on the phone giving instructions and calming me down asking for symptoms.....I am very careful about staying on trails I mow through the woods now....
I never heard nor saw these bees...Mr B checked the car and found none...but will be spraying the engine area before driving again!!...and I was so happy ...just got gas for 3.19 a gal and filled up!!...seat belts save lives ...for sure .......I'm surprised the driver never stopped...but then again I pretty much looked like a nut case hopping around in the middle of the road....
