Can anyone recommend a smoker. I am interested in smoking some venison, ribs etc. Thanks.

Heard good things about Bradley Smokers. No personal experience though.

I am going to be purchasing one very soon. I believe I am going to go with a propane one. Not sure which manufacturer yet.

I use a propane one and just installed a regulator from the hose to maintain a very fine adjustment to keep the heat where I want it. Propane is just easier for me and more portable than electric and not the hassle of charcoal.
