Just tryed my favorite meatloaf recipe.Mixed as if I was going to bake it instead I made into patty's and put on the grill.Out of all the meatloaf that I have had this was the best,topped with gravy and sweetcorn for side dish.2lbs ground beef/ venison 1 onion chopped 2 green pepper's 3 egg's 1half cup seasoned bread crumb's garlic and salt and pepper.Cook about 4 min's each side and they are done.
