Hi all,

Just joined today. Used to bow hunt for years, stopped for college and now finally prepping to get back this year. Looking for clubs and/or reputable zones in southern tier NY. Any direction would be helpful. Spent my early days hunting in NJ through a club so public land hunting is new to me.

The Souther Tier covers a lot of area . If you could be less vague and narrow it down , someone might be able to help you .

clubs aren't as big up north as they are down south, but I'm sure someone could point you in the right direction if you narrow down your area.

Welcome aboard!  If you are looking for help with public land it is hard.  Many are reluctant to give up the area's they like to hunt.  NYS DEC has an interactive map that shows state land.  Suffolk and Westchester is bow only so you might want to check those area's out.  Good luck and don't be afraid to open another post with specific questions.  You might get a better response vs your introduction post here.  Enjoy, great bunch of people here!
