I bet it has something to do with your dominant eye and your natural line of sight.

kind of weird I shoot my recurve instinctively with both eyes open, right handed, and with a dominant left eye.  it requires you to keep shooting or you get rusty quick, but it's like throwing a ball.  don't aim really.  just look at the target and go through the motions.  you get better the more you shoot but seems I don't have the time, especially shooting a compound most of the time for outdoor 3D and hunting to fill tags.

This is kind of weird for a bow hunter these days that's been bow hunting for 30 years... But, I have never shot a bow with sights... ever. I have always shot instinctively... even with a compound. Shooting a new modern bow with all the gadgets would feel so alien to me. Honestly, I wouldn't have a clue. It's been 15 years since I even held a compound bow in my hands.

I don't see the connection to jealousy in offering an opinion.

Live without extensive editing, this "expert" video would have a tiny fraction of the response it has.

Or is pro wrestling the same as Olympic?

I don't see anyone here calling him an expert... It's just a cool video showing some talent that most archers could never attain... even with editing its a cool video... 99.9 percent of all archers couldn't do what he does the one time it would take to get it on film... I don't think anyone here is saying he's God... it's just a cool video no matter how much editing it's had. I don't get the pro wrestling comparison at all so I can't comment on that.

There is a 'Gotcha" mentality that some people have that makes it imperative that they take the feats that some people have attained and try to shoot holes in their achievements. I don't know why, but it is just something they have to do.....lol. But I will quite quickly admit that there are none of those shots that I would ever be able to do once in a lifetime no matter how many years I tried it. I tend to give credit where credit is due. The guy has a whole lot of natural ability and athleticism that allows him to do things that almost all people will never be capable of doing. And no matter how much time is spent trying to tear down his abilities, most of us still will never be able to come close to matching even one of these shots successfully. So rather than throwing stones, I tend to just sit back and enjoy a skill that I have never seen before and appreciate the abilities that allow him to do this.
