Growth on doe's face

Has anyone ever seen a growth like this on this doe's face?  If so, any idea what it might be?

It looks more like a blackhead....I tried to crop it so that it is more zoomed in...hope it works.

Thanks.....Even though they say that it doesn't affect the meat, if I see the doe version of Cindy Crawford, I think that I will pass...never thought I would pass on Cindy Crawford, but in this case I will.

Why? Its localized to the skin, and will fall off, probably before you even see her. Youll likely not know it if you kill her.

Seriously though, we see it alot on our farms, Once in a while they have them during bow season, but I have never seen them on a deer by the time gun rolls around.

I have a doe that I see often that has a bunch of those all over her body, and the other day I saw a nice 2.5 yr old buck that was absolutely covered with those growths. Ranged in size from really small to softball sized. That was pretty gross to see

Had a young buck with one of those that must have been huge, right under his chin a while back. When I first seen it it was a flap of skin hanging down about 6-8" that would swing back and forth as he walked. We nicknamed him Flap. He disappeared two years later.
