Pop-up Blinds

When leaving a pop up blind do you close the windows? Was wondering if leaving them open would allow wind to blow through essier

I leave some of them partially open so the wind can blow through .

I lost a doghouse blind one year . I had it staked with 12" tent stakes and it was tied to 2 trees . I had the windows all closed up . I didn't get to it until over a month after gun season . The blind was gone . My chair was still there . The ropes to the small trees was still there as well as the stakes . The wind ripped it loose and it was either in the hedge row or in the neighbor's pasture .

I have a Hub Blinf on a Pod Platform that I had left out last winter . The roof caved in .  I cut half the circle part off of an adjustable golf ball retriever and use that to support the roof when I leave the blind . I leave a couple of the windows partially open and it is anchored in 12 spots . So far so good but I don't think it will be any good next year . The material is thin and brittle .

Ill never understand the mindset of a thief , it seems like such a simple concept , you come across a stand, blind or camera , ask yourself ,is it mine ? No . then leave it there , i wouldn't even care if they used the stand or blind but why take it knowing its not yours.

Entitlement mentality? Loss of basic ethics and morality?
