My pellet grill is good to go in my shop - figured good day for bacon wrapped venison.
Bacon weave waiting for rub.
Burning Asphalt Rub "Sportsman's Rub" added.
Ready for the grill - 2hrs at 325deg.

I made one of those a few years ago. I didnt have Venison at the time, so I just used pork sausage. I took cooked bacon and put it inside the sausage too. It was delicious, but probably took a few years off of my life lol.

He forgot about the after photos because as soon as it was done he probably dug right into it because it looks awesome.
