  1. Perfect. I forwarded the info to him. Thanks again everyone! He's a NY resident now so he won't have to pay up all money $$$
  2. That's what I figured. Do you have any info for me that you could elaborate on? I'm wondering if he has to take a hunting class here who / where he needs to contact to fork over the cash..
  3. I have a friend who has his hunting license in California. Does he have to do anything special in order to buy his tags here in NY?
  4. My next vehicle will be a Chevy and it will be a truck. Probably not going to buy brand new however. Everything I've heard about Toyotas has been positive and their re-sell value is really high considering others but I'm a Chevy guy.
  5. Thanks all for the warm welcome everyone.
  6. Hello everyone. My name is Mike and I live in Western New York. I am fairly new to hunting and chose bow-hunting for the sport, fellowship and challenge of it all. Looking forward to learning and teaching what I can...

  8. Side note, does anyone use one of these Trophy Ridge React sights? I'm curious at how well they work...
  9. Three pins set to 20, 30 and 40. If you're new to the sport then spend some time and try out the bow with each of your pins.Like try your 20,30 and 40 pin standing at the 20 yard mark... Then the same for 30, 40 and so on. Also, make sure you have a bubble on your sight to visually keep your bow centered. Otherwise, when you tilt/cant the bow then that will affect your accuracy.
  10. So people can stock up here in NY and then go out-of-state to hunt.
