NY DEC: New licensing system and harvest reporting site now up!

It wouldn't accept my hunting lic number, I am registered though.

me too, Guess we're too old???? my first several licenses were paper starting 1982 ish

When did the use of the stamps really start? I have to dig mine out, I have saved them all. I thought it was not that stamp format when I started hunting in 77

Just went to the site, created an account with no problem at all.  they already had most of my info, just had to update a few things.

No more sportsmans or super sportsmans I just heard on radio, no more combo licenses

Just reg'd with no problem and it brought up my tags.  I'd recommend keeping your current paper license and backtags for a LONG time just as proof.

It said it didn't like the Pale Moon browser too but it worked fine.

I don't see the archery endorsement listed anywhere though... not that I can do that any more, but that's not the point.

A buddy and his wife tried to buy fishing licenses last Sunday in Central Square and was told by the sales clerk the system is still down and she couldn't sell the licenses by computer and didn't "feel" like doing it by hand.

I have been buying online for the last few years, works great!
