    Behind wire fawn mortality is the highest of any age group. They get hit with pneumonia so,so easy. Just with normal weather changes of cool nights and moisture will take ‘em out! Wet,cold and windy temps are big time killers.

    I was in Harrisburg driving and saw a lone gobbler with a 4 inch or so beard running across a field. He crossed the road into Someones yard . Maybe eating from a bird feeder or corn tossed out. Nice to see as I'm from Pennsylvania and I rarely see turkeys. That snow is 4-6 feet in the woods.The deer seem to be active and hare also. My beagle likes to get down & into those snow holes .
