  1. Not sure if the tracks are coyote or dog but the hand is definitely werewolf.

  2. I finally found my first shed about two weeks ago after hitting a small patch of woods pretty hard that holds many deer. It is only a little fork horn but I was psyched. When I came home and showed my boys (7 year old twins) one was fired up to give it a shot himself. One nice day after school we both had some free time and he asked to go so we gave it a shot. He was so into finding poop, tracks, rubs...I was in my glory. As we walked a deer trail, two does broke out of some cover and my boy nearly crapped himself. He wanted to follow them so we pushed our way through to an opening and BAM....A great 3 point shed was right in front of him. He didn't see it at first. I had to bite my tongue from tellling him where it was. Eventually he looked at it, took a double take, bent down and grabbed it and swung around to me with the best smile I have ever seen! We spent the next five minutes high fiving and whooping up the woods and another HOUR looking around for more since I could not get him to leave (Mom was NOT happy we were late for dinner!). Here's to the future hunters!

  3. The coyote stew is ready and I'm excited to be pulling another all nighter. I have to get rid of some bait (GF said so) so I made some stew. Placing it out ,hunting most of night and going back to check bait. I know,no snow and cold which sucks. Hopefully next week is nice so I can pull another one last all nighter. Details tommorow.

  7. I've been getting letters from them for years. I've been tempted a few times, but I figured they're never gonna send me a nice rifle or shotgun to test, only some little item that I wouldn't care much about. I'm glad to hear my instincts were correct. As for sending books, that reminds me of when I was a kid and signed up for the Columbia Music Club. You'd get something like 20 records for a dime, but then every month they'd send you a record (you had to agree to buy X number over the next year). If you want it you pay, but you could simply send it back. Problem is, what kid is gonna remember to send it back each month. Nothing but a royal pain in the arse! I bet a few guys remember that club, if you're old enough to know what a record is...LOL!!!

  8. Get the sunset police over to that guys house immediately lol. Nice bear, but I hate it when people pose 5 feet behind the animal to make it look bigger.
