  4. My parents were legal immigrants. I'm 100% pro legal immigration. I'm 0% illegal immigration. I believe it's a disservice to legal immigrants to call the illegal crossing of our border "immigration".

  5. Someone is excited about his new bed... started some herbs, and a few peppers up on the deck. Peas and tomatoes are ready to go in once dirt gets delivered. Looking for a few more things to go in this year. Any ideas for something a little different. Oh have chard, kale and some lettuce started already too Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  6. LFG!!! That’s what I’m talking about!!!! So great to have two kids who like playing together- not only are they getting better, they are figuring out shit themselves...and then you can come in a harass them when you can!!!!! Enjoy that time!!!! My 16 year old twins still have wiffle ball battles on the front lawn when their schedules free up simultaneously-Mr. Bob (old dude across the street) will stand in his front door and watch like he’s at Yankee stadium! 7. I don’t know what it was like before but my small home town has 2 girls house softball teams in the 8U category. 8U boys looks like 2 teams as well. We will travel to other local towns as far as 30-35 min away to play games. I know the larger Towns just outside of Buffalo have larger programs and don’t have to travel to neighboring towns to play games. Second outside practice is tonight. I enjoy tagging along and watching kids be kids. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  8. My boys are 5 and 7 and will be playing on a local house league coach pitch team together this summer that a buddy and I are coaching. More of a getting to know the basics but my guys love every minute of it. I can't wait till we get started in the next few weeks. My boys spend every waking minute outside if it isn't raining, so they are pumped to start seeing their buddies a bunch over the next couple of months. Sent from my SM-A716V using Tapatalk

  10. Oddly enough, everything worked with no issues today. Weird. Old Fergie started right up, took 5 gallons of diesel, 2 quarts of oil, and a gallon of hydraulic/gear fluid then ran hard for 3 hours. First plot is disced, plot K1 in results below. This week will be fertilizer and another discing, planting clover and oats in a couple weeks!

  11. Always stuff to do when you own a house but this seems to be the year of getting stuff done.. Since good weather started have replaced a bunch of fence boards, boxed in my fuel tank, did a small area of roof repair, put in a new hot water heater, put up a canvas storage unit for the boat and this weekend I am replacing my back deck/porch. Still planning on some foundation repair (biggest job of the year), knocking out a bedroom wall, redoing kitchen and dining room floor, replacing stove vent and stove, reventing dryer, running an outside water spicket to one side of the house, making garden boxes (out of old deck), planting bushes along a fence line, having a yard sale. Good god what am I thinking ...lol. Actually feels good to get these things done. I'm at the mercy of the foundation work that I am not doing myself, so holding off on some of it til that is completed for expenses. But this year I've decided I'm knocking off a bunch off the list. Gonna be a busy summer. Hopefully the walleye are hitting and can have limits by 8am on the weekends!

  17. that whole notion is largely being reversed , Oakland just put money back into their budget for cops and FF, as defunding just brought about increase crime , huh go figure . One thing I’d like to see is stop hiring small weak men and women . Hire big strong men who can fight if needed, oh ya bring back the straight wood baton too . To many of today’s cops can’t fight ,they can’t get a man out of a car , so they end up being dragged by the car ,then having to shoot the driver . Other times they end up using pepperspray or the Taser, both which have significant issues limiting their usefulness, then all that’s left is the gun . A big strong cop that can go hands on , often solves things right there , if not a couple strikes with the baton often gained compliance and both parties lived to,tell, their stories . It was a better less lethal weapon , then all the those that came after , the latest is a device that shoots a bolo to tangle up a person . Lol bring back the lasso !

  18. Pretty stupid people out there, sucking in all this leftist crepe over the past decades. Brainless idiots being used, then eventually discarded by the Soros/elitist crowd. Some will react against these thugs, and it will not be pretty....oh wait, Sleepy Joe will unify us...after his nap.

  19. Dead is dead; don't care if Covid is the cause or an accelerator. I've seen enough of it to know I don't want COVID; I also educated myself on the risks and rewards and got Moderna. Could there be downstream impacts? Yup, but it is what it is. One of the things I've learned in big corporate space is that there are usually good people at the core; somewhere, some lab, some guy like you and me, said - I got it, creating the vaccine. Doing things for the right reason. It's not an infallible rule, but for the large majority, people do stuff for the right reason. The data I can see and find across many sources made me content with the decision I made. Skepticism is good, it is necessary and needed to make the world go round; but at a certain point skepticism can be just as much of an affliction as being a blind sheep. At that point it's not skepticism but I don't think we've developed an appropriate English word for when it becomes a hinderance to logical rationale/decision-making. Initial takes are that this J&J could have small issue with women and blood clots. 6 out 7M; nobody wants to be the 6, so hence the pause. I do agree start stop becomes a big issue because Americans are not super agile in iterative processes.

  20. Yes, but will they probe you like aliens would?

  21. Courts taking a case also helps to prove them. Why didn't they take any? Perhaps they fear the left will riot, loot and burn the country to the ground if the 2020 election is proven to have been stolen? They know the conservatives won't stoop to those tactics even if they are the victims of a stolen election. Biden in the WH is all the proof any observant thinking person needs.

  23. Just like they did everything they could do to inflate the numbers from covid ,they'll do what ever they can to downplay this vaccine . It's bad enough they suspended use.

  29. That’s awesome that you are getting it done...I have zero time this spring to do anything since I am coaching football now and golf starts next week. I have three sections of vinyl fencing that I picked up a few weeks back that I still have not replaced, lawn needs to be reseeded and summer outdoor firewood needs chopping. 30. I don't have any. I bought Cardano through coinbase when it was $1.20, but dogecoin isn't available there. Just saw Phade mentioned Robinhood, I guess that's where people buy it. Funny story, I have a friend who is terrified of the stock market. He bought 70 cents worth of dogecoin 6 months ago. Yes, 70 cents LOL. Anyway, he's up 3,100% so 40X and now it's worth $21 lol. He's kicking himself for not doing at least $1K

  32. Where data starts to get muddy is this is the same issue as the AZ vaccine; both J&J and AZ are using the same methodology vs. Pfizer and Moderna. It is super low frequency but it is a serious issue because treatment is not easy. They better fix/solve the issue and perception because those two vaccines are to be the dominant type worldwide given the logistics challenges in lower infrastructure countries.

  33. We are very fortunate to have a rich history in our community with youth baseball. My boys future HS was sectional Champs in 2019 and all those players came up through our youth leagues. I have been told we'll over a 100 kids tryout for the varsity team and they keep around 18. I have read your posts for a few years now about your boys...and can't wait for my boys to hopefully go through the same experiences. They beg to play catch, or for my wife or I to throw BP....and we can't get enough of it. There's probably a 1000 things that I need to get done or be doing....but they can wait..like most have said...blink your eyes and they are 18 a headed their own way in life. 44. Two reasons really : #1) it's a destination feeding plot, I just want them to Chow down spring and summer and fatten up. Definitely keeps them in the area. #2) Frigging turkeys go bananas for it all of May! Mainly it's just to feed the deer.
