My boy pitched 3 innings to get the save at the Super 16/17's tournament at Diamond Nation, 6ks, 2 hits and 0 runs. His team went 3 and 0 and based upon point differential they placed 5th out of 60 teams.

As you know I start at Harriman and get off at Howard. A good 4 hrs plus on Rt 17 . Saw a lot of good looking deer! Then I saw the dead kind with heads cut off. Had to be be three or four. Saw two families of turkeys all in 12 or so little ones. 1 dead yote and 1 dead black bear yearling near Hanckock. Watching the storms roll in now. Have a good night!

So I’m doing some heard thinning and figured I’d post this one here. It’s a WWII Winchester M1 Garand. This one falls into a serial number over run commonly known as Winchester-13. It has been through a Arsenal rebuild. Very common for WWII guns. It also has a bunch of national match parts including the sites and Op rod. I’m asking $2000 if anyone is interested. Pulled some cards yesterday. There were only two kits hanging around until mid-May, and then only one that hung around until the end of May. They are only there periodically now. A few days of high activity and then nothing for a week or two. Except for a woodchuck moving in, it's been all quiet since May 27th. I did see a roadkill kit about a mile down the road a few weeks ago. Somebody needs to try to lock up their Guinea fowl. I think this is the third one.

We got a kid in Section 6 at Williamsville East. Who is an Absolute stud. Hes a catcher and a left handed hiter who can hit anything. Will will be drafted in the first round this year and possibly top 10. I believe he has been committed to Clemson for a while now and like others have said the colleges and pros found him. For you baseball guys his pop time is under 2.0 which is unheard for a HS catcher. Last week he faced an area pitcher in a big Hs match-up who is going to Alabama....pretty sweet to see these kids headed to big time schools. Sent from my SM-A716V using Tapatalk

Picked some Swiss chard from the garden (first pick from the garden this year) and tossed in a little olive oil, minced garlic, bacon pieces and put it over a venison burger. It's was great.

Another grind today. Had the limit on, lost two at the boat . One came off and hit the net on the way. Guy that fishes there everyday said he is seeing the same grind to get a limit. But good day nonetheless. And lunch with Charlie.

Very interesting results. This would explain why some take bucks that have not been caught on area trail cams. I like to think of these facts when I am not seeing many deer when hunting. You just never know what could show up and from where.

im going to have a ton of cherry tomatoes. Prob have 20 little ones already. and 6-8 regular tomatoes growing. But i planted early and the weather held up so it worked out. Peas are starting to blossom too. But so far the green onions havent grown much since they took off early. Looking forward to a pea pod salad

i have a couple cheap stands that are okay. i have a lonewolf alpha that is the one I like the best. it's silent and has been up for years. i check it every year prior to the season. this week i'm going to take it down though just because i should. it very well might go right back up in the same tree.
