Really Cuomo again

All the returns are in? It wouldn't surprise me that he did. The idiots in the city who benefit from his liberal BS will vote him in. -

Okay, update, my son agreed to the cash and 7600 payment deal. He asked me to look into a scope for him. He likes my Vortex Crossfire II and wants that scope, the only question is do I advise him on the 3-9x40 or the 2-7x35. He hunts with me, so he'll likely never shoot out beyond 100 yds, maybe 150 tops. Thoughts?

Thanks it's in the middle of being bedded. I should have it next week.

I use it along with nose jammer spray. The nose jammer Use the nose jammer around your stand and then 25 yds out the ever calm, you'll be amazed how well it works.

I wonder if the PETA Idiots will sue the homeowner for not trying to break it up. [emoji6] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

.270 bullet and grain recommendations
eagle rider replied to damore81's topic in Rifle and Gun Hunting
I have a 270 WSM that I load with 140 Sierra GK hollow points. It's very accurate and drops deer in their tracks. If it's an inside 50 yard shot you should be neck shooting. It's devastating. Out past that the boiler room is okay. Meat damage is no worse than what you would expect from just about anything else. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
I have a handful of 06's. For some reason the 7400 and Browning A-Bolt shoot the Fusion 180's better than anything I've ever come across or loaded. The two bolts with 24" barrels (700 and Vanguard) will shoot the same hole all day long with 150's. The Rem 700 I use hand loaded Nosler BT's in. The Vanny is Fed Fusion again. It's just a super accurate round for a fair price. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I had luck when the rinks scent bomb cans first came out. Two bucks that year for me. Both young though. I think there is better stuff out there.

I'm on the road for my job so I have caught up with my son but I told him to take the deal. If he hates the rifle I will pay him for it. Hopefully he went for it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Ok. He really doesn't need the rifle and he's swamped with work too. He's got me working with him on my days off. Maybe I'll tell him to use that to pay me. Haha. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Estimate is $1400. Homeowner offered rifle and $1000 cash. Said he bought it from Kmart when they use to sell guns and never used it. It was just a good deal and he didn't want to pass it up. Has the orig paperwork from 1996. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Guys I need your thoughts here, my son just estimated a job. Guy wants to improve the price by battering a 7600 in 308. I have no experience with these. The rifle looks to be super clean (new and unfired). Anyone know anything about these? Are they accurate? Do they function well. Gun has no glass and one clip. He just got a text from the homeowner offering this. What are your thoughts. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You gotta love that. It's not often we get that kinda luck. In fact it's usually the other way for me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Got a friend has one in 270 Win. Beautifully made and very accurate.

I had to replace a scope on my old 7400 30-06. I was on the fence for another Burris. I took the guys advice at Dicks last night and went with a Vortex Crossfire II. It's a 3-9x40 with their drop comp. Whatever they call it. Anyway it seems well built, bright and clear. Anyone have experience with these? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Ulster Cty. Either a 100 gr Thunderhead will get him within the two weeks or a 30-06 out of the Browning A-Bolt will. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
