    Doe permits were there before AR in NY. Doe permits are used to help manage the herd size. If PA decided o issue to many doe permits that has nothing to do with AR. The same goes for NY for that matter, they manage the doe permits by WMU as they see fit, nothing to do with AR.

    Ok so they did it for the money, and you blame it on AR? AR specifically means antler restrictions, it has nothing to do with doe permits.

    They had to shoot it 8 times with bows and cross bows? Anyways its a wild bear, from what I was reading... No? Stupid people fed it, is that the hunters fault? Unless it was the hunter(s) feeding it. The story goes 10 different directions, not sure which way is up.

    Had 4 does run by 30 min ago. Two were fawns.

    No rain here. Nice and calm out. Saw a doe at 630am this morning. Nothing else yet.

    I saw a buck at 7am. Only for a second and he disappeared out at 150 yards.

    Antlers txtd me with a absolute beautiful 7 pointer he took today. (He is a mile.from.me) I saw crap tonight. Hoping for better tomorrow!
