I havent shot a doe in yrs. Let them pass. I dont need that much deer meat anymore and the doe numbers where i hunt are pretty low anymore.

Cool. I've never seen one here in broome. Found a couple of woods turtles walking down the road but havent seen a box turtle since I moved back from Alabama.

Deer love to rub on sumac. I always set up my stands on brush lots near the sumac they are drawn to it. Worst thing you could do is cut it down. Also if you boil the berries it makes a delicious tart tea.

Have to watch what twist your 223 has also. If not the right twist a heavy bullet will not stabilize correctly and give you fits trying to sight in.

Mine wont be used the way it was intended. Ill probably set it 2 in high at 10 yrds. Then im good out to 25. Aim center mass for 30. Not going to shoot anything past that. As long as my arrows stay in a 6 in circle im good. Killed a deer just about every yr this way. Not broken so not going to change it.

Picked one up today. Impressed with it so far. Solid sight built strong as far as i can see. Really easy to adjust. See how easy it is to sight in.

Looks like road kill to me. Police will shoot injured deer also so just because they have bullet wounds doesnt mean poaching. And partially butchered road kill makes sense not much meat you can. Salvage on a deer hit over 30 mph. The deer gutted then dumped could be someone second thinking what they see after they opened it up. As far as dumping nxt to a water way. I always. Thought that was illegal till we found a pile of road kill about 50 yrds from the Susquehanna river off of 17 west in tioga cnty. Must have been 2 to 300 dead deer there in a pit. They just covered it over with dirt in the spring.

I wish they would bring back the punt guns to so i can kill all 10 turkeys at once to.
