    Nice pics Dave, the bird is my favorite. The buck in the second picture looks a little rough?? Still in full velvet also. Some nice looking deer though good luck.

    You said you live on the river? That must be pretty cool. I take it the water is really low right now? Sucks for the fish to be dieing off so early. I know there looking really good at the mouth of the lake.

    I pretty much try to avoid EVER leaving any gun in my car let alone my own. Locked or not I just won't take that chance. I can't think of a time I had to leave my gun in my car!!

    Nice fish rob, I know they took the buoy's out near the pier so the fish start start running harder as soon as we get some more rain.

    Yea I noticed, it was hard to look past them 2 huge motors, thinking how light that boat is makes for a fast and fun ride/job!!

    I'd say stop buying the kids X-box games and take them out hunting or shooting. Instead of sitting in front of a TV set all day try and get them to go out and scout around get them in the woods. If we don't have the youth in it we are all beat and im still young and I can barley get anyone my age to hunt with. It's a sad time and we need to do whats possible to ensure are hunting future. Bill.

    For me this is my first year bow hunting so I will make sure I have everything twice. But the only thing I have ever forgot was my magazine for my rifle. I had left it in the truck but it was a few miles back to it. I ended up going back to get it and hunting anyway but still wish I had never forgot it.

    That seems right, theres TONS of really small fawns around I know they would be anyway but they seem really small!! No scrapes for me yet but lets hope soon!!

    Any pic I have seen so far there still in velvet. I'll be getting my cameras tonight and will hopefully have some pics of a buck or too so I can upload them.

    Thats really messed up I have heard about this I know a few people that work there its a small city and i'm pretty sure that plant is the roots of it. That would be a HUGE blow for them people, the city, and the state.

    I thought I seen them at wal-mart, I was going to pick up a pack for practice and maybe some rabbit hunting but then second guessed it. Might get a pack since you say there not to bad. Do some small game hunting with them if I like em!!
