Not really interested in debating the legal standard, but if this guy was found to be merely negligent, then he could not be convicted of manslaughter. Recklessness is a higher standard. -

Manslaughter 2 is recklessly causing the death of another. Shooting a deadly projectile without knowing your target seems to fall squarely in that definition. -

Yep, I am a mix and match guy myself. Realtree, predator, asat, some other camo I don't even know the name of - if the clothes are the right weight for the weather, that's the right camo. By the way, Artemis just won a prize for being the first to use the term Patchouli on this site!

If you are basically wearing the mucks in the woods, no biggie. Spilling oil, gas, etc on them then you better have a dedicated pair for hunting. I wouldn't stress too much about camo choice, movement gives you away far more often than whether you have too much green in your camo. Use what you got.

Practice enough with the trad bow and I bet you will be ready to knock one down with that by next season too. Welcome to the site and good luck. Sounds like you are digging in and that makes a big difference regarding likelihood of success.
