We have friends that winter in New Smyrna Beach , neat little town. Trying to get the wife to fly down for a couple weeks, seeing as how she retired and home all the time ........

Biz, it pays to vacation out of country ....

We had lobster tails, broccoli and some zucchini halfs with cheese and idk some other stuff the wife put on them. First we sat in hot tub I smoked a Cohiba ( counterfeit , but a gift and I didn't have the heart to tell the guy who gave it to me ) then a late bite to eat .

That makes a lot of sense once I think about it . I wish he walked a bit and took better pictures .

Guy at work took these at his camp, asked me what I thought ? I said I think I'll ask,others ... The pic with the truck track one can see an animal track, any idea as to what , and what it may have been dragging ?

Ya I saw that too . Problem was not just the nudity being gone, they changed the whole magizine . Gone were the cartoons , the jokes, all the regular features , everything including the paper it was printed on . I could have lived with the no nudes if they kept all the rest . Was a 30 year subscriber , not sure what boat I missed though .

I've done things from canoeing the Yukon to hunting/ camping in Montana in -6 degrees . An over night in NY ? Tent , sleeping pad, bag, whatever food you like and perhaps a stove like a jet boil, rain gear and a change of clothes . A good sized flask and a few cigars . Personally if weather is good I've got no problem with a bag under the stars , a large ham and cheese sub, a six pack , and a couple Bone Shaker smokes. Pretty much what I do a few nights a year , to reconnect me to the earth, although there are some uncharted rivers I'd like to shoot way north of the Yukon perhaps for my 60th.....

I agree , my bow is I forget mid 50's as measured by Moog last year I generally get pass thru's , by that I,mean arrow out the other side and a few inches into the dirt . Here's a pic of where last years buck stood when a Stinger came out the far side . I,got right down and walked the 80 yards to where he lay, only once stopping to look for next blood .

I carefully clean , measure and catalog all sheds after which they are carefully stored in museum like fashion . Or maybe the just get tossed in a pile ......

Can't really speak about to many of these heads , as I've only used Magnus fixed blades since '88. Mostly Stingers with bleeders . Ok I did kill a buck with a Rage two seasons ago during a dark period of my hunting life .....

Try running down to Wal Mart and grabbing a few boxes of 25-20 . How else has the safe act impacted me ? Well I can no longer use the standard capacity mags for many of my hand guns. When one has 5 - 10 mags for each gun that can add up . Its a royal pain to sell a used gun in a private sale, and it costs more to,do,so . I may or may not have guns that end with me, that is they can't be passed on . i also have to report any theft or loss of ammo,so now when I drop a .22 shell in the snow I have to call the state Police to report that . i will say it's been great for the 80% lower maket , there are many guys building their own AR's and Glocks with these , totally off the books , no seriel numbers , not registered in any way . You can't stop the signal .

Ha ha, know the feeling . Last night I'm at work , daughter calls, no,hot water. i say go in basement and look at tank, she says but I'm just wrapped in a towel ! Um ok but there's no one that will see you. See get annoyed . Ok call wife who's also,home , she goes down , tank is leaking . I try to talk her though shutting down unti and supply line , she get annoyed .... Finnaly she just wants to shut down main, ok the meter is above sump. 3 times she says there's no meter there ... It has numbers on top looks like your odometer, ok found it , how do,it shut it off? do you see the plainter taper with marker writing on it ? Oh ok . The tells me to simmer down ... heres a pic, I needed a beer but was at work.

If one wants to restore bleached antlers , I've used Golden Oak stain, it comes out ok . There is a guy who sells " Antler Magic" that is supposed to work,real well. It's hard to find even on the net, and he's somewhat " blunt " with people at times. I have his email and he says he is still selling it, if anyone wants . A sample size does like 40 antlers . Golden Oak before / after. You can use steel wool to whiten up the tips and knock down the shine , some take them outside and rub up tress, but the neighbors already are not sure what to think....
