My Brittany was a full time house dog family pet that would hunt his ass off when given the chance. He didn’t retrieve things in the house but he would Wake up from a dead sleep to get on top of the couch to point a squirrel walking the fence. Did a clean out of the cucumber Jungle today. I had vines teaching 15’ up a red maple next to the garden. Disappointing yield of cukes after suck tremendous vine and flower growth Eggplant and jalapeño still look good although some jalapeño were retarded (proper term) as in pic. Cherry tomato forest still going but have a few odd looking cherries in the mix...another round of pesto should be coming soon. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

This may be your best of both worlds options. Pick up the land now (they ain’t making more) - look into “lease to buy” properties.
