I'd hit that HT followed by Boom Sauce. Those IPA's are best fresh Barrel Aged Narwhal, 120 Minute,WWS, 3 Philosophers, Backwoods could stay in cellar for awhile with no problems. Need to share Chocolate manifesto or you'll instantly get diabetes. I've found KBS best fresh(er) than cellared. Not real familiar with a few of the others

Wife is shopping so I text her to get a pork butt. Her response is all they have is pork shoulder. Butcher says same thing. Butt is on one end ,shoulder on the other I'd assume ?!

There's no predicting what any tom will do any given day, that's for sure. Heck, they have no idea. I'd seriously like to know how many we could kill if they could smell as good as a deer or coyote.

Had one of these but our November storm wiped it out But on a serious note I think Wooly will offer some great info. I only stumble on maybe one a year by dumb luck. Here's one I found a couple of years ago. I looked intensely for the other half but no luck

Had a glass last night Goose island bourbon county stout 2012. Lots of bourbon forward but less than the fresh 2015 Matching glassware to boot. 15% abv. Some venison jerky for the food paring

Out of curiosity how many deer in a year do you eat ? We eat ALOT (3 to 4x a week) and for a family of 3 we consume 3 deer per year.

Some of the worst calling I've heard is by real hens. At best I'd consider myself a 4 to 5 out of 10 on a calling scale (for realism compared to others I've heard call. Cadence, when to call, what to call, volume and location trump being a great caller IMO
