Obviously I am not speaking for him, but when I have London broil I cut it into thin slices on a harsh angle, nice and tender that way in my experience. Don’t overcook obviously, and I let the beef sit out a little while to slowly get luke warm before cooking.

Thats so cool, my dad and I did just that! Flashbacks....dad found a mangled up frame, we heated it up, straightened it out all nice, put an 8 horse motor on it, and some tires. We ground the frame all down, and painted it neon green, and gloss black, and added a nice roll bar. It was a great project have fun -
I just want to eat bacon swiss burgers, and have a nice drink or two, and talk about fake arms.
