Prior to the Un-Safe Act, we didn't need a NICS check to sell privately. Without that you wouldn't know thy were a felon unless you had some first hand knowledge. Now the NICS check would uncover that. All the free states don't require a NICS check for private sales.

That's a good piece of advice.

That's what was explained to me by the gun dealer, and they said had sold quite a few over a couple of years. But TreeGuy's point is valid. You could go broke paying for a lengthy legal defense in the off chance an overzealous LEO decides to charge you. Stupid state, stupid law.

Can't have any features if the mag isn't locked. I took off the pistol grip on mine and went to a spur and the stock was already pinned. But I can't have a muzzle brake, second forward grip, or (gasp) a bayonet mount.

That's the part that had me liking it so much. Very simple workaround.

I have a neutered AR in 5.56mm that has a spur instead of a pistol grip. No features of any kind. And now it sucks to shoot. Might go to a Thordsen stock instead on that one. I'm thinking of going the fixed mag route for a new .308/7.62 that would be an option for big game. I made the fatal mistake of fondling a Bushmaster AR-10 version at Seneca Gun Sports last fall and it has me thinking...

Pulled cards last weekend and got a few shots of this guy on two different cams over two days. He's with a doe in each shot, but following the doe in the other pics. I'm assuming it's a January rut? Found a new rub and two freshened scrapes on my way to this cam. His rack is in decent shape for this late. He's obviously a lover and not a fighter.

I've got a 4 ft (or maybe it's 5 ft) single row tow-behind disc that I use occasionally behind a 660 Yamaha Grizzly. That disc works my ATV pretty good. In the summer, my Grizz runs super hot pulling that thing across rocky ground. I would think a double row disc like you are looking for would be just way too much for mine. I've also got a 3 point hitch double row disc the same size as you want that I use behind a 38 HP diesel tractor. That seems just about right, but even that gets bogged down just a tad when going up a decent grade. What do you have to pull it with?

Not really. Coffee on the deck in my pj's with a 17hmr. Nothing puts a zing in my wake up like a coffee and and a double shot!
