    So sorry to hear. His life is over before it hardly began. It's so sad that a person so young comes to this conclusion to where they think this is the only way out.

    So unfortunately it looks like we will have to cancel the meet and greet for tomorrow as it seems to be bad timing for most of the people who showed interest. We can try again for later in the year.

    So we are about 4 days out from the proposed meet up who's still interested in meeting up? The weather is not looking to bad for the Brewton area as of right now but I don't know where people may be coming from. The other question would be if there are only a few who can make it do we want to postpone till a later date that will hopefully work for a few more? Any feedback or opinions would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm with you. Coming into winter I was talking to my neighbor telling him I really don't mind the snow as long as it comes in inches and not feet. I would like to retract that statement. I don't mind snow in inches as long as it's not every day!

    I’m from WNY but I am always traveling this state for work. If someone sets something up I would love to meet up .
    As of right now we are Still shooting for Feb 16 at the Brewer Union Cafe in Brewerton at 11am if the weather is decent and we can get enough people coming to warrant a get together. You should definitely plan to come if you're free. If we have to cancel it do to weather or lack of participation I will definitely let everyone know on this post.

    Sorry to say I will not be able to attend. We are putting off the car delivery to Ted until next weekend. Sorry gang.

    For me it started with catching up on some rest. I often go on very little sleep during hunting season getting out as much as I can. Then I like to past this time of year getting out hiking and scouting new areas for potential stands for next year.

    Personal deer hunting limits

    The whole bait thing would not sit right with me. Just like hunting with dogs if you grew up doing it, it's your way. I just can't see pulling the trigger on a deer munching on a pile of corn. This debate could go on and on JMO. 
    I can't agree with you more. I have hunted in NC with my son with bait piles not far away. It's pretty much the standard way they hunt down there. Its definitely not my preferred way to hunt but it meant getting to hunt with my son which I seldom do anymore so that trumped everything else. I told him I'm not interested in going on any dog hunts.
