Shot on lunch. Feeling good. Shot 2 -20 and 1 -30. Had one tweak to do. Also any advice on a sight/string issue? I'm getting a string dead middle of my peep. If I turn nock or peep a little it is fine for that shot but settles right back there Everytime. Is there an easy fix to this that isn't taking the sight out and then have to resight in etc? I feel it's dialed in just worry I have to remember to turn it every time. I have a three sting peep so I get some string in there which isn't a prob but it wants to go to the worst spot everytime now.

ive got an electric masterbuilt i bought two years ago at lowes. It doesnt have the digital readout just a temp gauge but it works great. Think it was only like $130. Love how easy it is to use. Wood chips last a long time and i can just get the temp set and mostly walk away from it.

So they say. It's all based on percentages, but for some reason I don't trust state government math. Lol

ive noticed this week looks like a bumper crop of apples in this area anyway. Trees seem to be loaded even seeing some on the ground. Early season apple trees might be a good place to snoop around. I guess apples like heat and humidity. Prob an easy winter also helped.

It's amazing that 7F and 7J will have leftover permits avail they issue so many but 7P is tough to get.

Lol. Thanks, me too and you as well. I will be happy to start with one and go from there. 2 is about right. 3 is just an amazing year. Really want to compound bow tag this season. Been 2 years since I've done that. Never even drew the bow back last year. Def don't want to repeat last season. Ugh.

So I have a mailing and a physical address. DMV always the same thing have to put mailing address on license, so to buy a gun I always have to show my pistol permit too for the physical address.

My little dog went after a wood chuck yesterday and I think he realized he shouldn't have when he caught up to it. Can't imagine a dog going after something like that. Wow. Well trained I am sure. I think I would be too worried about the dog to hunt. Lol. I'm a big softy.

is yours noisy to setup? I was on a piece of land onetime on the ground, guy came thru and never saw me and started going up a tree with a climber like 25 yards away. I waved to him so he knew i was there and he came down tree and left. I left too cause he might as well been banging a pot with a spoon it made so much noise.

i shoot grim reaper whitetail mechanicals. But you cant go wrong with the muzzy's for a fixed blade. Ive used them in the past and still do on my Xbow

Got lucky today . Had to go to Walmart anyway and there was only ONE person in line. Scored my license and both DMP permits! Hope this luck with these licenses continues. Also FYI - they are mustard yellow this year.

i can out fish someone using a live frog with an artificial 9/10 times- come at me. lol Ive used them but they tend to go belly up and not move much. Give me a speed toad ripped over lilly pads anyday. That being said if your gonna run em deep for smallies - try it drop shot rigged or carolina style.
