Lol battling a bad hip since hunting season swampbucks knows. Hard to get out of the way let alone pitch. Kid got made cuz I snagged some hits from him said to him you hate to see dad at 100% playing. He laughed.

Yes I tried to return it but Dick's said I d have to contact Louisville slugger then they send me a gift certificate. He had the Louisville slugger Omaha so he went with same just different color. He wanted the Louisville slugger Solo but didn't have his size. We did BP and you can hear the crack and pop when ball hits bat. Definitely a difference. Best part he bought it himself with money he saved up made him feel good. $109 plus tax. Man seen the best Louisville slugger there was like $350 insane.

Just put in tin foil after 6 hours of smoke. Looking good should be done by 630.

Yes he's at 27 inches 17 ounces. He just got his last year. Now buying a new one.

Thanks for input. I've just never encountered it. Oh well he'll get a new bat. Hopefully we'll see a difference in the pop on contact.

Well kids little league team got their first win last night. 3-0. Son hits lead off now. Walked off pitcher in bottom of first. Struck out second time and had a hard grounder should have been a hit but kid made a hell of a play to rob him. Overall made good contact with ball on a couple foul balls just needs to straighten them out. Found out his Louisville slugger bat is bent. Coach let him know it's why he isn't getting pop on ball with his sweet spot. So off to dick's this morning bat shopping. Anyone heard of this bent bat thing? How does it happen? He takes care of his stuff once he's done right into bat bag. Well next game is Tuesday. His confidence is high and kids finally came around talking cheering and having fun. No defense to talk about had one good play up first base line but they called it foul. Seasons in full swing for little league. Town ball we're still practicing.

This was yesterday. Today was 4.97. I ve been saying $5 before memorial day weekend. Absolutely ridiculous. Have to make up for stimulus somehow. People don't have a choice we need transportation.

Well son had second game of little league season. Had a lead of single off kid pitching only kid to hit off pitcher throwing. Second time up got walked pitcher wouldn't throw over plate to him. Lots of runs on walks for both teams. Game started at 6 and they played 3 innings 745 they called it. Not many hits so fielding was lacking till coaches started pitching one inning. Nothing was hit to him. Kids lost  7-6. Some didn't even want to play. Can understand on cool damp evening. Glad he's doing good and trying to enjoy it at this level. Coaches weren't happy with kids performance and they let them know it. 2 practices tomorrow one for town and one for little league.

Opening day of Plattsburgh Little league. Son's team lost 6-4. He was 2-2 batting ànd made alot of good fielding plays. He had fun.

Well kid had second practice it went great. Coach said this kid should be on majors. Hitting and fielding went great. Coach wants him to try him out for pitcher he said no. He said we need another pitcher and it fits you. He'd rather play 2 nd or short or outfield. Coach told him he has a great chance of getting called up after this weekend. Fingers are crossed. He's got his confidence back after getting cut. Got his jersey and hat tonight. Thanks guys for advice to getting him to stick with it. He's proud as a peacock in it. Got # 1. Just got to keep practicing

Son had first practice of town ball Monday. Also little league minors on Tuesday. My wife talked him into it. Didn't waste my $95. Not to hate but both teams have bad news bears written all over them lol. Little leagues first game is Saturday after only three practices. Should be fun to watch. He's hesitant about little league he doesn't know anyone and nobody talked to him. Town ball are all the same kids he played with last year and knows them from school. I told him get out there and introduce yourself either they want to talk to you or they don't. Let the traveling begin lol practicing 4 times a week and game Saturday.

Gas prices are ridiculous. So is fuel oil. $479 for 100 gallons. Crazy. Gas price at local station 461.9 at one and 466.9 less than 1/4 mile down road. Can we say $5 before memorial day.
