Fished with my Dad for a few hours tonight 530-830pm, struck out on brown and lake trout but got 2 decent bass (17" and 18") and a 13" crappie. All fish released. Did a bunch of rowing, nice night. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yea I like the taste too. If I'm not mistaken, lake trout are part of char family and not trout. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Love lake trout fishing. I catch them down in westchester and Putnam from a rowboat. A nice 6-7lber 100 feet down really drags you around Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

New rule: Taking photos of fish caught out of season could cost you $250

This won't even affect my fishing on the reservoirs. Trout are open year-round and bass you are allowed to fish for year-round but only keep certain times. Therefore I can take a picture with any fish year-round. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Solar cover and reel used for an inground pool (18' x 36') for sale. Must be picked up in Yorktown Heights (about 1 mile off Taconic State Parkway). $75 or best offer.

Cats don't leave nail prints. Looks like dog or coyote made a print in mud and it spread out and hardened. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Took the day off to open the pool and do some yard work. Got out on Lake Gilead from 515pm - 8pm. Caught a few bass and I got my Dad a nice 22" laker. Did a lot of rowing but worth the filets I'll eat tomorrow. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

No water on the property from what I can tell. What town do you think it is? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

All makes sense. Really appreciate the effort!! First step is to see if this land looks good for hunting and then go from there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Here's a map. The red line shows where I was told to park on the road and walk down powerlines. Again, I haven't been here yet so for all I know its not worth it anyway. map.pdf

The heli is a good idea, but not sure if they make electric ones so I can get in/out quietly?

Thanks guys. Like I said, I reached out to the county clerk for additional info. Based on my research the current owner picked up this property through a tax auction less than 2 years ago. I assume the current owner got it really cheap and is trying to flip it for a few a grand.

I haven't done any research on New York State laws, but am curious about the NY laws regarding access to landlocked property. Reason I ask is because I came across property for sale that is dirt cheap. Its cheap because it can't be built on and is landlocked. It does not border a road, rather it borders other land and powerlines. I assume the powerline property is town or county or state land. I haven't looked at the land yet for hunting purposes, but was told by the realtor to park on side of the road and walk down the powerline property until I reach the property for sale. If the land looks good for hunting and can be had for a couple of grand, I am wondering what the next steps are regarding legal access to this land. I have reached out to county clerk regarding access but haven't heard back yet. Thanks in advance.

But you wouldn't get to enjoy the $, because the average person would literally die in the ring with a professional fighter (let alone 2 of them at the same time). I'm rooting for Manny, but think Mayweather plays defense as usual and wins by decision in a boring fight.
