seems deer been killed for eons with out it. indians didnt use scent free soap or ozone but still got close to game ( under 30 yards) and kill it with very primative bows and spears.. waste of money imo. among with most scent eliminators. play the wind move if you must. how many re ecord bucks were killed with people smoking wearing clothes that were in a wood smoke filled cabin not washed for months at a time...

most i have found in a single deer was 5 20ga slugs, 3 .22 bullets. and a broad head. poor 5 pt buck the slugs were maybe week old others were completely healed over. friend shot a buck that had an entire arrow along its spine from previous year. i killed a turkey i shot and wounded the same morning 6 hours later only bird that had previous injury

ive killed deer with a ruger carbine in 44mag. and my brother with a .357 rossi lever gun..we use them on drives where shots are thick and shots under 50 yards. i would never use them on a sit. id just take my pistols as for pistols ive taken deer with my 50cal several times.75 yards max. my brother his. 44 out to 75 as well.

guns and calibers that are designed to wound like the .223 ( it take 3 men off the battle field when you wound one) that being said the right bullet and placement a .22 long rifle will kill. unfortunatly most do not have the right buller or take the time to learn to shoot their gun effecently or effectively. so my opinon is stay awy from the.22 caliber centerfires. .243 and larger. if your in bear territory a .30.cal or larger for chance on bear. ( again with right bullet and placement a .243 will kill a bear but most do not have right bullet or can place shot perfeclty )

its only 100 or so yards from its den . only have 1 coyote on camera with 12 out since june. have hundreds of photos of this fox and its family den was just off lawn a dozen or so yards

ive watched this and its litter mate since they were born. parents and other kit are still fine as den is just off my yard.. not sure i can only assume bird of prey hit it and got spooked off before it could tear into it.. its pretty small only legnth of my ft without tail.

not from my experiance i got turned down 1x as land owner i felt it wasnt input correctly called dec and they sent me my tag. from dec site.... Qualifying landowners and disabled veterans will receive their first choice DMP in all open WMUs.
