If the child has a youth bow licence ,he/she can hunt and take doe or buck with it. Continue to hunt and fill doe tags during youth weekend, they are just hunting regular archery season same as the rest of us age doesn't matter. If the choose to hunt rifle/gun for youth hunt they are then limited to 1 deer for youth weekend.

Done a lot of habitat work for them and they are on an upswing this year here ,I have several family groups of 5 or more, I do have quite a few fox around and they seem to be doing fine, of course there will be less fox and coon after seaso n opens onthem

Oldest buck 8.5 by tooth rings was in decline, oldest doe dec said over 8, she was enormous teeth barely above gums dressed 183lbs on scale. And 3 buck 3.5 year olds by dec.

No electric or water, maybe 25000 for cabin add out building 6000, true worth 30 to 35 grand not including acreage. ...always ask a little more than you think you can always drop or accept an offer but can't really go up.. me I would ask 45 for cabin and buildings and add acreage in at going rate plus a few grand for food plot and road imporvements

2.5 or 3.5, not to familiar with deer body size in your area,by me would be 3.5 , I would definitely shoot it

Funny when I said snow.last week for this coming weekend seems like I was thought nuts, 6 days later and they say chance of snow and.everyone is excited...lol, I don't think it will stick to long but it will help pull down the leaves

Usually out of woods by 830am, I don't like to stay out and have my scent blow around all day, I prefer quick in and out hunts, if you know your deer and your property, it doesn't take long to get one. Getting cold, hungry, fidgety trying to stay on. Stand just isn't worth it alerting deer or missing them cause your not focused. Latest I've stayed was 930. But I have gone back out at 10 to 1 or 10 to 12 or so if the movement and scouting tells me it's worth it. I do the same for gun season opening day I'm in by 8 or 830, depending how long of a walk I have from stand back to the house.

Your better off setting up away from ravine , winds are aweful because of them ,let alone deer can see you pretty well as you will be skylined, would be better to follow main trail to where it splits and find tree there...

The problem is bows are most efficient at peak draw weight, so your.losing a ton of benifits on an expensive bow, when you could of just bought a bow that tops out at 55 and been at top end performance. , as for lighter arrows, to light and you'll shatter them as the radical cams force a lot of energy into them ...

I almost hit that buck the guy paid 24000 for, was in rail yard, article left out that as they were going after him for tresspassing on federal property, ( after 9/11 rail year are protected by federal.law as a high risk threat. Should of been dead on the tracks if damn conductor wouldn't of blown horn, missed it by inches... just think if was hit by me and my train would of saved the guy a bunch of cash and problems... butterfly effect !

1st snowfall is usually am on ground and gone by noon, but it gets the deer moving a little later in am by me in general and can be great to see where one has been sneaking by the stand via tracks..

Catt, stuben, allegany counties. I would stay off boarder of pa as doe tags are harder to get there, lots of game around. Not sure what you think you need to spend to get 200 acres, but place by me with cabin she'll no utilities sold for 78,000 last year...
