Mustang convertable, just the fabric, see some youtube vids and a photo step.by step doesn't seem to be that hard just wanted an opinion if it not with it as its a p.i.t.a.

Anyone ever change a convertable top? Debating if it's worth doing myself or paying to have it done.

Blued or browned is fine, like any barrel you need to wipe them down. Stainless really sticks out and is very visable. As for.performance I HAve 100 year old guns with browned barrels and they are tack drivers. Like most camo you buy what looks pretty to you, not what games sees it as. Get what you like.stainless blued camo or browned.

How many seasons to keep a hang on stand in the woods?
G-Man replied to regulat0r's topic in Deer Hunting
Phade, a strap.can only.be tested close to the ground, it can look fine ( if you can see the strapall the way around the tree)but be uv damaged and tear at a much lower weight then it is tested for, unless you climb a tree with 300 lbs to drop on a,stand I recommend taking them down to test and replace. -
I get sick of hearing about cheapnguns, mossberg are and have been considered cheap guns as well but I'll put my 835 for turkey against any ones remington, winchester browning, or benelli, if they were crap or junk they would not be around for years. If a gun fits you properly and your comfortable with it it will serve you well no matter how much you paid or whose name is on it.

How many seasons to keep a hang on stand in the woods?
G-Man replied to regulat0r's topic in Deer Hunting
I take mine down and do maintenance every year, some of my stands are 20 years old , replace cables belts, repair paint on them ,repair seats, I would.never leave a hanging out even if it were chained instead of belted or roped to tree, I invite friends out to hunt and would hate to see one hurt out of shearlaziness on my part.trees are growing and leaving them.up either damages tree (strangulation) or it will damage stand ( stress on belts and stress fractures in metal where straps/ropes connect. I paid good money for may stands and I take down and put up 30 plus a year. Safety of my friends and myself a re most important! I have a friend that left his stand up.after we told him to take it down every year for only 2 years(I'm going to put it back in a me tree anyways was his answer, the 3rd year he went to check it at least inspite of being told to take it down and was checking it to see if it would hold him stil and fell 20 ft while trying to get in it. Lucky he was just bruised -
Any thing but rap or country is fine, ones too insulting the other too depressing...

as long as there is a hunting season..we dont have one till its voted on every year... most people do not know this and its the main reason we need a state amendment that allows hunting and places said game under the management of a game commission..

There are styles of traps for specfic animals, like the dog proof raccoon trap. The only non target animal I have ever caught was some dogs that were running loose.a check of the tags and visit to the owner ended that when laws were explained about dogs running loose.

I see a lot of fisher on my property and are almost a daily sighting while deer hunting, I have trappers come and trap coon fox and coyote, bobcat in limited season and look forward to see them take some fishers, fur is a renewable resourse, while most imitations are created from oil based products and the creation of fabric make huge amount of tocix chemical waste. I'll stick with natural fur and leather.

I have an over under use it for pheasant, I like it.

I don't think they expected the backlash and didn't think they could push it thru without people noticing anymore
-
Tough time for them till end of march and it's best to stay away from bedding areas,at this time as they can I'll afford to waste energy fleeing a human intrusion this time of year, dropping trees is good as long as not interrupting bedding areas while cutting
