  1. never aged him. Horns grew really slow year round. First pic I got was in November when he was a little 4 point at 1.4 years. Kept Getting pics for several years and figured he was about 4-5 years old. Shot him a first light when he was going to bed. Lived behind my neighbors House. I mounted him figuring he was a once in a lifetime.
  2. Happens if their Nuts never descend. It’s called something like chryptochordism. They are sterile and never drop their horns. It is usually caused by a groin injury when they are young. Basically a steer. I shot one before. Took me 4 years to see him in light. Never ruts
