Looks great.
I can't make a tender pork chop unless I SV them..

Most aren’t.. I just paid stupid money for those at Whole Foods and they were tender

I’ve lived almost 61 years without one of these or similar.   If I’m cooking outside it’s on my Weber grill.

Booooooooo!
Use that loot from the knife sharpener you just sold and get yourself a small blackstone!

Reduced the price to $100 for a quick sale.  Can a griddle like that be had for so little scratch??

I’m with you. We don’t make eggs, bacon and/or home fries enough to make this worthwhile. Otherwise I would have gotten one 10 years ago. It’s not a new concept and makes me think of the street meat vendors in NYC

My wife bought me the 17" Blackstone for Father's Day last year so I could put it in the tower stand at gmans. Lol.

I ended up bringing it out on the during the air show and other water outings. I love it.

I do hope you continue to research on microfiche and are able to get the purple ink off your fingers from the ditto machine!

How is that wall paper by the way?

Wallpaper is dunzo.  The first thing I did during covid layoff.  Check your notes Tommy…..

If I close my eyes, I can still smell the results of my 4th grade teacher passing out Xerox copies….purple ink.
