Gun Show Report

Saratoga weekend gun show opened today,under great protest. All the mainstream media: radio, TV, newspapers were joining with Saratoga anti's in protesting the show over the last three weeks. Three separate protests were scheduled for Saratoga today. Show was to open at 9:00; my buddy and I got there at 7:50 and had to stand in a long line on the street outside the City Center where the show was held. Once we got into the show, the large ballroom quickly filled with attendees. We stayed for two hours, and when we left we found a three block long line of people out on the sidewalk waiting to get into the show. No protestors were to be found anywhere we looked. Largest attendance at this gun show in history. Score one for the good guys!!

Got similar reports on two shows in TN today, Kingsport and Memphis: Huge crowds attending the shows...no visible protestors!

Good news I heard of a lot of them being cancelled. Great to hear ones up and running wish I would have heard of it sooner as I had the day off I would have went and showed some support.

Went to Saratoga today. Had a big crowd for a Sunday but plenty of room to move around and finding parking didn't take long. Saw my dream ranch rifle, stainless with black composite stock, but its more of dream than ever. Stickered for $1200. That's probable 50% more than it was a few months ago. Cuomo and Obama will be coming off my Christmas card list for this.
