So I wrapped one piece in bacon and the other piece of the breast I stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeños and wrapped it in bacon as well. I did deep fried turkey strips a few weeks ago, I dip them in flour, then egg, then panko breadcrumbs, then fry. Shake them in franks and butter (medium/hot) they were delicious!
