Last night was all grilled. Chicken burgers,summer squash spears,onions,sweet peppers and wedged tomato tossed in garlic oil and black pepper.red potato and green beans.

Burgers were "loaded" with a garlic yogurt and ketchup sauce.

Venison cheeseburger with Utica greens on it.  Fresh tomatoes with a little ceasar!   And a happy pup that got to clean up the plate! lol

Last of my spring wild turkey. Marinated in oj , Italian dressing and crushed red pepper for a few hours. Cooked with sous vide and then finished it in the oven for a few minutes. Tender as all get out. Only one crunchy thanks to a hard noggin shot. More silver queen corn
