Went with the scalloped potatos as one of the sides.  Everything is great.  Obviously expensive, but the quality is legit.

Chicken with some steamer bag of grains, diced peppers,  black beans, lentil, and zesty sauce,  i added franks red hot, and cheddar jack, in a sun dried tomato wrap.  Something different.

I have a few bone in ham steaks in the freezer. I grilled a few last Summer, best were over charcoal with a few hickory chips from my smoker chips tossed on the charcoal.
