Burritos with Grilled blackened dry rubbed chicken, with chopped red onion, cubed sweet grape tomatoes,  crisp shredded romaine, cold baby spinach leaves, spiced up with chopped jalapenos, cheddarjack cheese, and a light drizzle of chipotle ranch dressing.

Avocado inside too.

You know same shit different day/way...

No pics, too much room for jokes with the look of the ranch dressing.

Went to Chili's last night... Don't usually care for the "chain" restaurants, but this wasn't too bad.  Sirloin Steak for her and I had spicy shrimp tacos.

They were buried in chest freezer as chest freezers do. Freezer is almost naked.  Sucks. Gotta get er done

Last night I worked on cleaning out the chest freezer before we have to move it. Shrimp and bay scallops I bought on sale had got buried within the piles of venison and pork apparently. scallops seasoned and broiled. Shrimp seasoned and brushed over the grill on skewers with last of the Italian carmen peppers from the garden. Added loaded mashed taters.

 

Not sure what's tonight.
