Beer cheese soup with scallions , bacon and hot sauce a friend made. 3 bowls of.  Full on soup is a great feeling   Disclaimer : I had to buy a labatts blue and told my beer guy “ you never saw me buy this !”

My daughter wanted me to try a place over in Western lights not far from OCC. It was ok, the rolls the others had were good our raw was just fair.

If you have not tried Oceans Sushi in Liverpool give it a shot. It is 1 on my list for anywhere within central NY and prob farther.

I pulled it at 126. And let it rest. I won’t use that brand of puff pastry again. It was just a little too thick for my liking and did not roll well

Always my biggest issue- inner parts of the crust doesn’t cook through and remains chewy-hate that!
