Surf and turf tonight.  My buddy won a Zoom cooking lesson with Bobby Flay and we’re doing it at my house.  They shipped steak and lobster.  Don’t know what to expect, but we’re preparing for anything. 

Any time you want a zoom cooking lesson just ask. You don’t need lessons form a chump like Bobby...

Stuffed aniehiem and jalapenos from the garden. Tri tip didn't make the picture but was great cooked in the sous vide at 129 for two hours.

2nd last dinner before Samantha ships off to college. Bison tenderloin steaks Sous vide then pan seared with a Gorgonzola cream dipping sauce , lobster tails , grilled Mexican street corn and a nice sour to share with Michelle . I was at the helm.

Bayside!  Nice!!  One of our favorite spots even tho my wife refuses to go inside.   Love that we can get there from the boat or walk from her parents house.
