I only added about a tablespoon of butter to the pan.  That’s a ceramic pan, so nothing sticks at all.  Fresh ground smoked sea salt, fresh ground black pepper, granulated garlic, and onion. Quickies...

A little spring practice for Summer grilling.
Porterhouse steaks with grilled zucchini and summer squash

Front one is Porterhouse. The back one is questionable. Might be a T bone. Would need to see a tape measure on it

Ok NOW you had to make me look !  Damn ! I have been officially busted by the " Meat Police " !  One was indeed a porterhouse and the other was a T bone . But the evidence has since been devoured . I was too hungry to read all the labels !  LOL

haha, amazing! I'm actually impressed the store labeled them differently. So many times I see "Porterhouse" but the tenderloin side is clearly too small. btw, both are great and i love them both
