Tacks, how does it taste with the Franks in the milk? I did deep fried turkey strips a few weeks ago,  I dip them in flour, then egg, then panko breadcrumbs, then fry. Shake them in franks and butter (medium/hot) they were delicious!

Pretty darn good and not hot, which I like. The other breast is reserved for your tetrazzini

I had a cook when I had a restaurant that soaked his chicken in buttermilk, Franks, and cayenne, plus some other stuff he would never let anyone see.  He had awesome Fried Chicken!!

I'm going to try this on the next turkey.

Did you call him Colonel?

Hanger steak with poached fingerling potatoes in a garlic butter sauce. Side of mushrooms and onions cooked with butter and marsala wine. Broccoli was just added for color. Now I sit in my recliner breathing heavily from over eating.

Lasagna with Bolognese sauce, and homemade pasta lasagna sheets. This was our first try on making the sheets and it was a big difference. We made them thin enough to almost see through and there were 7 layers. Happy Mother's Day!
