Low and slow !!

7 hours on low. Haven't taken it out yet but looking thru glass it appears whitish in color? I made sure all pieces were close in size and everything was thawed out and looked great....

Nevermind. Came out awesome. Super tender. 7 hours on low.

How many frikin "last packages" do you have? You been saying last pack for like two months.

Most receipies call for the meat to be browned first.  I have seen one that tells you not to brown it first though.
