Split poutine which we didn't finish and split 3 halves of deviled eggs. Not that bad I'm surely not going out to dinner to eat a salad

The booth with the giant bears is preferred cold storage, they roll out a bar and serve cold beer to the entire show at closing. All three days

Between the SB quote and the seafood; I have a man crush. Haha.

Slacked on pics sorry

My son, wife an my parents caught some nice sea trout and a red last week. I foil pouched half with butter, lemon, fresh thyme and some Tony Catcheres seasoning. The other half I grilled blackened. It was real good. We killed it!

It's kinda like a Scottish Fortune cookie, If your interested, I'll post up the ingredients. The batter, mix is tied up in ( clootie ) a piece of cloth, then boiled for 4 hours, it gets a real nice skin on it, I like it fried in butter in a pan. It's a dessert, breakfast type of thing, some would put custard on it

You just used an unknown to explain another unknown.  I still don't know what's a Cootie Dumpling and now I'm just as curious as to what is a Scottish Fortune Cookie is.  I remember as a toddler, we generally avoided cooties.
