So are Bills fan staying home tomorrow Sunday for the game or going out to bars for wings?

I’m hosting a chiefs party tomorrow. Beer and pizza. A bunch of my friends and their wives/girlfriends

Woast wabbit....Hehehehehe....

Had a couple left in the freezer from last winter and wanted to cook them up to make room for a few fresh ones...Weather is predicted to moderate next week and the beagles are  raring to go...

For the white vinegar, I substituted Frank's hot sauce. So it was a little Buffalo wingy, but the garlic, et al still came through. It would have gone well with with a white melting queso or jack cheese, but I didn't have any handy. I made 3# with some venison, pork and pork fat leftover from my big sausage day.

fresh perch fillets, dipped in egg batter, coated with Italian bread crumbs and cooked in the air fryer.  should of cooked more lol

had a handful of tater tots and 2 glasses of milk also but dang those perch were delicious. loving that new air fryer except for the coking time.

Homemade chicken enchilada filling, for chicken enchilada bowls....

Never made the bowl idea, but have made enchiladas.  I always used can red enchilada sauce,  but made the sauce from scratch for the first time today.  The can enchilada sauce is always different than an authentic red enchilada sauce from a Mexican restaurant.  Excited for this meal, needed something different lately,  then the typical meals we tend to pattern in to our dinner routine.20180106_160531.jpg
