kidding actually i bet that was pretty good .  But all I could think of was Tom T Hall - " hot baloney eggs and gravy, and the first night i was there i turned it down" ( a week in a county jail)  lol

Venison steaks compliments of daughter Salt, pepper and garlic salt. Vacuum sealed. Used sous vide for 3.5 hours at 140. Quickly seared in skillet Topped with red wine , balsamic glaze , shallot reduction topped with onion crisps. Heaven ! 08e7fa36369aeb6737eb8fadf6dabbe2.jpg

I've been using moore's buffalo wing sauce Asian duck sauce.I slipped and over filled the cup.
