How was the venison burger? How does it compare to homemade varieties? I only ask because I never had venison at a restaurant that I enjoyed more than I would make it at home.

It was excellent, perfect medium rare and the toppings were a nice accompaniment but didn’t take away from the venison. But I agree there’s something more appealing to making your own from a deer I dragged out of the woods.
