Roasted a green pepper in the oven, then sauteed onions, with garlic slices in a pan, pictured prior...then added hot Italian sausage patty on a lightly crisped ciabatta roll.  Inspired by Robhunt&fish i believe.

I take that as a great compliment,  thanks! You are right though, so many great ideas, and meals for others to try themselves learned about in this thread.  Can I be in charge of nachos, at the future restaurant? Lol
