Crappy ice, I have never made that as a filling, but have made a similar Bolognese sauce with no tomatoes.  If you are using it as a ravioli stuffing, personally I would not add cheese, just the meat stuffing.  Finish it with a brown butter sage sauce and that sounds very elegant and tasty!

I'll let you know. Made a medium sized batch in case it sucks, but definately enough to share ! Might as well pickup Moho on your way, he will prob smell it from his place
