Fresh tomatoes and mozzarella with basil and oil and balsamic vinegar. This is a summer staple here,quick and easy and tastes like summer.

Worked a long day and came home and watched tv. Didn’t thaw anything to cook so 711 run down the street produced this. Expecting a 4 out of 10 at best. Only microwave directions but yet tried oven and maxed out enjoyment at 3.6.

Not really dinner. I just took this capicola out of the fridge. 25 days curing. I used a smoked paprika. Going to try pepper corns next. The only thing missing is a meat slicer.

It came really good with the smoked paprika. I got a few slices really thin, but put it in the fridge until tomorrow when I pick up a slicer. I have two kits left I’m going to try the pepper corn next. The other one I’m going to try prosciutto.
